As a family who calls Columbus home, we are honored to bring Lulu Moon Academy to our community. We believe there is something truly special about raising children in a place where neighbors know one another, children can explore the outdoors, and families value connection, kindness, and community.

Our goal is to provide Columbus-area families with a boutique childcare experience that feels like an extension of home—a place where children are nurtured, encouraged to be curious, and given the freedom to learn through meaningful experiences. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve local families and look forward to building lasting relationships within the community we are proud to call home.

Here, childhood looks a little different.

It looks like homemade pancakes, summer sprinklers, story time in the yard, muddy boots after exploring outdoors, and afternoons spent learning through play, imagination, and discovery.

Children enjoy a dedicated learning environment, daily outdoor adventures, a spacious fenced-in backyard and playground, nature-based learning experiences, gardening, hands-on exploration, and opportunities to simply be children.

At Lulu Moon Academy, we're not trying to be the biggest program. We're focused on creating a meaningful childhood experience for a small group of families who believe childhood should be filled with wonder, connection, kindness, and a little bit of magic.

Lulu Moon Academy was created for families seeking a more personal approach to early childhood education.

We are a boutique, family-centered childcare program intentionally limited to just 5–8 children. This allows us to truly know each child, build meaningful relationships with every family, and create a warm, nurturing environment where children feel seen, valued, and loved.

Led by Usha Shah and Chandani Shah, Lulu Moon Academy is built on a shared passion for childhood development, healthy living, meaningful relationships, and creating joyful experiences that children will carry with them long after they leave our care.
